As you can see by the key, Our wedding should (tide permitting) be happening on the beach, close to where the south end of Forest Lawn Dr meets Hemlock Street.   There are limited parking and public restrooms between Coolidge Street and Gower Street on Hemlock.  Parking will be a challenge.  Please be courteous to Cannon Beach residents.
